Trustly casinos in the UK let you pay straight from your bank account without entering card details. When we checked operators’ own pages, bet365 and PlayOJO both named Trustly as a deposit and withdrawal method. Other casinos offer similar “Pay by Bank” or bank transfer options under different names. This page sets out what each operator says about limits and timings, and what to check before you use it.

Casinos that name Trustly on their own pages

Casino Trustly deposits Trustly withdrawals
bet365 £5–£25,000. bet365 says most Trustly deposits are credited instantly, but some can take up to three banking days. Listed as “Instant Bank Transfer”: £5–£100,000, process time 1–4 hours. Funds deposited via Trustly are paid back to the bank account you deposited from.
PlayOJO Minimum stated as €10 on PlayOJO’s Trustly page (check the cashier for the sterling amount). No transaction fees; processed instantly, per PlayOJO. Only available if you’ve deposited with Trustly. No fees. PlayOJO says withdrawals typically happen within 24 hours, and it may ask for ID documents first.

bet365’s figures come from its account-wide UK payment pages, not a casino-specific page. Timings are the operators’ own targets, not promises, and verification checks can add time.

How Trustly works at a casino

Trustly is an open banking payment service. At a casino that supports it, you choose Trustly in the cashier, pick your bank, and approve the payment in your banking app or online banking. bet365’s deposit page lists banks including Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, HSBC, Santander, Nationwide, Monzo, Starling and TSB. PlayOJO says you’re redirected to your bank app and can confirm with fingerprint or face ID.

Because the payment comes straight from a bank account, there’s no card number to share with the casino. That also means it can’t be funded by a credit card.

Other bank-payment options (not branded Trustly)

  • Midnite lists “Pay By Bank”: £5–£5,000, with withdrawals described as “instant to 1–3 business days”. Midnite doesn’t name the provider on its payment page.
  • MrQ lists “Bank Transfer” deposits from £10, using online banking from your UK bank account.
  • Unibet’s verified welcome offer counts deposits by debit card or “instant bank transfer”. We couldn’t confirm on a public Unibet page whether that’s Trustly, so we haven’t listed it as a Trustly casino.

Trustly and welcome offers

Payment method can decide whether you qualify for a bonus. Of our verified casino offers, Unibet accepts debit card or instant bank transfer deposits (and excludes credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller). 10bet excludes Skrill and Neteller deposits. Midnite’s offer page doesn’t list payment exclusions. Always read the significant terms before you deposit. More: casino welcome bonuses and payment methods excluded from welcome offers.

Things to check first

  • Closed loop: PlayOJO and bet365 both pay Trustly withdrawals back to the bank account you deposited from.
  • Your name: the bank account must be in your name. bet365 runs a Confirmation of Payee check on bank withdrawals.
  • Verification: the first withdrawal may need ID checks, which can take longer than the headline time.
  • Limits: your own deposit limit should be far below any maximum the cashier allows.

UK rules that apply

  • Slot stake limits. The most you can stake per online slot spin is £5 if you’re 25 or over and £2 if you’re 18–24 (Gambling Commission). These limits apply to online slots, not table games.
  • 10x wagering cap. Since 19 January 2026, operators must not apply a wagering requirement of more than 10 times to bonus funds (LCCP SR Code 5.1.1). See UK wagering cap rules.
  • No credit cards. Since 14 April 2020, licensed operators can’t accept credit card payments for gambling, including through e-wallets funded by a credit card.

Staying in control

Instant bank payments make depositing very quick, so set limits before you start. Set a deposit limit before you play, decide in advance what you can afford to lose, and use reality checks and time-outs. Never chase losses. If you want a break from all UK-licensed gambling sites at once, GamStop is free and lets you self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. The National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133) is free, confidential and open 24 hours. More help: responsible gambling.
